From West to East.
Starting westbound in the Cascade Mountains, Hope is located at the main highway junction, followed by Manning Park Resort, the Similkameen Valley, including Coalmont, Tulameen, Princeton, Hedley, Olalla, Keremeos, Cawston, and Cathedral Lake.
At the junction of Highway 3 and Highway 97 the resort town of Osoyoos is the largest community along the route.
Boundary County includes Beaverdell, Big White, Westbridge, Bridesville, Rock Creek, Midway, Greenwood, Grand Forks, and Christina Lake.
